Where we run first
Two routes. Both end at an Epe door.
Epe ↔ Ibadan
Our first corridor. Parcels are tracked in both directions.
Ajah → Epe
Parcels coming into Epe from Ajah. The return leg is not covered yet.
The problem
Same parcel. Two very different journeys.
Today a waybill parcel gets to the park, and then it’s on you. Someone has to be there to collect it, and nobody knows where it is until they are. Flip the switch to see what changes.
Getting a parcel to an Epe door, today
The sender puts the parcel on a bus and phones the receiver.
The bus reaches the park. Someone has to be standing there to collect it.
If nobody is there, the parcel sits, or goes to whoever shows up first.
The receiver rides to the park and asks around.
Meanwhile the sender keeps calling: where is it?
Nobody owns the parcel once it reaches the park.
Getting a parcel to an Epe door, with Waybill+
The sender messages us on WhatsApp: from, to, item and the receiver’s phone. The parcel gets an ID.
The sender shares the bus plate and driver’s number. Both sides get a message at every status.
Our rider meets the bus at Epe park and collects the parcel.
The rider brings it to the door. The receiver shares a 4-digit code and it is done.
One tracked parcel, from the park to the door. No standing around.
Follow a parcel
From Ibadan to an Epe door, without a single “where is it?” call.
Tap through a sample trip. These are the WhatsApp messages the sender and the receiver get at each status.
Message to the sender
Message to the receiver
Three things change. You stop waiting.
Message us on WhatsApp
Send four things: from, to, the item, and the receiver’s phone number. Your parcel gets an ID.
We watch it all the way
Put it on the bus and send us the plate number and the driver’s number. Sender and receiver get a message at every status.
A rider finishes the job
A rider collects it at Epe park and brings it to the door. EV riders coming.
What will it cost?
A small base fee, then a fixed price for every kilometre from Epe park to the door. Drag the slider to see yours.
Distance is measured by road, from Epe park to the receiver’s WhatsApp location, and rounded up to the next whole km. We send you the price on WhatsApp once the receiver shares their location.
Need something from the market? We’ll bring it.
Buy and send: you order from the seller, and our rider collects it and brings it to your door.
You order from the seller yourself.
Our rider collects it from the seller.
It reaches your door, tracked on WhatsApp.
Work with us.
Ride with Waybill+
Riders and students: you’re paid per delivery. Jobs are posted in a WhatsApp group, so you claim one and go.
Work at a park?
Agents and drivers: earn a commission on every parcel you send our way. You see the senders all day, so you’re the best person to refer them.
Sending home to Epe from abroad?
Get it onto the bus to Epe the way you usually do. We take it from the Epe park to the door, and your family gets a message at every step instead of a vague promise.
Not in Epe yet? Tell us where you are.
Leave your details and we’ll message you when Waybill+ reaches your town.
